Installation

Smart dispensing records
SafetyBox is equipped with software that automatically records material withdrawals down to the individual employee. It lets you limit withdrawals of specific items, set how often they can be taken and thus prevent overuse. For example, if an employee needs cut-resistant gloves, the system dispenses them only once a week, in line with the set limit.

Easy to use for employees
Using the machine is very simple. An employee taps their employee card on the reader on the vending machine, which then dispenses the requested material. The process is fast and every withdrawal is recorded instantly.

SafetyBox works on a consignment stock principle — you only pay for what you actually consume. Restocking is smooth and flexible, so you always have exactly what you need on hand, without unnecessary surpluses.
